He is passionate about delivering a first class, personal service to all clients. Matt holds the NFOPP qualification Technical Awards in The Sale of Residential Property and Residential Lettings and Property Management - so you can rest assured everything we do is to the very highest standard as required by the regulatory bodies governing our industry.
Kathryn Chalk (née Ingram)

Joining the "Family firm" in 2009 Kathryn's previous sales role and experience in the auction business combined with a proven ability to effectively communicate, have undoubtedly contributed to the Company's success. Having returned from a maternity break in 2016 after the birth of her and Matt's second child, she has now taken over responsibility of managing the Company's rapidly expanding and extensive portfolio of managed properties.

Aimi has firmly established her position within the field of Lettings and Property Management. As she has always lived in the area her local knowledge is a tremendous asset. She has now taken over the responsibility of managing the company’s rapidly expanding and extensive portfolio of managed properties whilst also attending lettings viewings, or providing helpful information to enquiries received in the office.
