Managing Director
David established David Ingram Residential Ltd in Corsham back in 2007. Having worked as an estate agent since 1987, he brings nearly 40 years of industry experience and an incredible knowledge of residential sales and lettings across Corsham and the surrounding Wiltshire area. For David, a successful agency is all about people, not just bricks and mortar. He is passionate about providing honest, professional advice and being a reliable guide for clients when they need it most. Personally involved from start to finish, David is incredibly proud of the reputation the business has built and is dedicated to keeping the service personal, simple, and trustworthy.
Carole Ann Ingram
Director
Carole Ann is a Director here at David Ingram Residential Ltd and has been working as an estate agent since 2000. With over 25 years in the business, she knows the ins and outs of residential sales and lettings. On top of looking after our clients, Carole Ann also oversees the company’s social media presence. She is always ready to step in and assist whenever and wherever necessary, bringing a friendly, personal touch to everything she does. As a core part of the team, she helps keep the business running beautifully while ensuring our clients have the best possible experience.
Kathryn Ingram
Administration & Accounts
Kathryn joined the family business in 2009. While she was formerly involved in both sales and lettings, she now channels her energy into the company’s day-to-day administration. Kathryn keeps a close eye on our accounts and rent payments, playing a key role in managing the administration for our rapidly expanding portfolio of managed properties. As a busy mum of two, she brings top-tier organisation, efficiency, and fantastic attention to detail to the office. Kathryn is a highly valued member of the family team who ensures the business runs smoothly and efficiently every day.
Aimi White
Lettings Manager
Aimi has been part of the David Ingram Residential family for 14 years. As a true local lady who has lived in the area her whole life, she brings tremendous local knowledge and an excellent understanding of the local rental market. Aimi handles all aspects of lettings from start to finish—and absolutely everything in between. Our clients and landlords greatly appreciate her calm, efficient approach and her knack for resolving any issues with a smile. She is a massive asset to the team, providing a professional, personal, and reassuring hand every step of the way.
Sue Ryder
Sales Negotiator
Sue joined us on a part-time basis in 2022 after spending nine years with a prominent Bath estate agency, where she picked up a wealth of valuable experience and knowledge. She is an incredibly approachable and personable member of the team whose absolute favourite part of the job is taking people on viewings and helping buyers track down their perfect home. Sue brings fantastic communication and organisational skills to her role and thoroughly enjoys working as part of our friendly, close-knit, and supportive team.
Phil Howard
Senior Sales Negotiator
Phil is an estate agent with 30 years of experience, predominantly gained throughout Wiltshire after moving to the area from London at the turn of the millennium. He brings a wealth of local knowledge and expertise to the team and particularly enjoys handling quirky, individual properties. For Phil, the best part of the job is meeting people from all walks of life and helping them find the next chapter in their property journey. Outside of work, Phil’s interests include sport, the arts, and travel—though not necessarily in that exact order!
