Permitted Payments & Fees

In line with government legislation, as well as paying your monthly rent, you may be required to make the following permitted payments to David Ingram Residential Ltd:

• Holding Deposit: Equivalent to 1 week’s rent (to reserve the property while references are checked).
• Tenancy Deposit: Equivalent to 5 weeks’ rent (held securely against damages during your tenancy).
