With over 15 years experience in Residential Sales, Lettings and Property Management across Wiltshire, Matt brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the local market. He is passionate about delivering a first class, personal service to all clients. Matt holds the NFOPP qualification Technical Awards in The Sale of Residential Property and Residential Lettings and Property Management - so you can rest assured everything we do is to the very highest standard as required by the regulatory bodies governing our industry.
Kathryn Chalk (née Ingram)
Director
Joining the "Family firm" in 2009 Kathryn's previous sales role and experience in the auction business combined with a proven ability to effectively communicate, have undoubtedly contributed to the Company's success. Having returned from a maternity break in 2016 after the birth of her and Matt's second child, she has now taken over responsibility of managing the Company's rapidly expanding and extensive portfolio of managed properties.

He has now decided use this accumulated knowledge and expertise to concentrate on consultancy work within the industry and work with us to give bespoke, individual advice to clients in Bath and the surrounding areas.

She provides our vendors with the peace of mind that we are pro-actively doing everything we can to sell their property for the best possible price to the best possible buyers. Amber has a degree in Sports Rehabilitation, and in her spare time is a Sport Rehabilitator at Bishopston RFC.
